They are ideal for rooms with lower ceilings with a height of just 60.5" on the bunks with the Arch Spindle headboards and 58.5" on the bunks with the Mission and Panel headboards. Constructed of solid wood, the upper bunk features front and rear safety guard rails. Both beds include slat roll foundations reinforced with our unique, extra sturdy, center rail support system. The attached extra wide, grooved step Ladder and safety guard rails are interchangeable so you can position the ladder where you need it. All of our Low Bunk Beds are built to meet and exceed all government and industry safety standards for your ease of mind and to ensure longevity. The beautiful design with our bright, "child-safe" multi-step, protective finish will complement any room decor. Optional trundle and/or storage drawers add to this bunk's utility. Choose between open or closed foot boards with the addition of modesty panels. When needed, the bunk can be separated into two individual twin beds. Flexibility is what we are all about!
